Last updated 1 day ago

With release 1.24, you can save recurring tasks as Workflows and reuse them with your team. Personal Memory lets MAIA carry details about you and your work into later chats. Claude Sonnet 5.5 is also available in the model picker.

⚙️ Workflows

Open “Workflows” to save a task as a sequence of steps. Add instructions and reference documents, then choose the model and tools for each step. You can reuse the workflow with different documents and share it with people in your workspace.

MAIA runs the steps in order and keeps the results in a chat, where you can continue with follow-up questions. Choose whether the workflow should return its result in chat or create a PDF, Word or Excel file.

🧠 Personal Memory

MAIA can save short notes about you and your work and use them in later chats across your workspaces. Ask MAIA to remember a detail, or let MAIA learn relevant information from your conversations.

Open “Personalization” in your account settings to review, edit or delete saved notes. You can also turn Personal Memory off or delete all notes. Incognito chats do not use or update Personal Memory.
