We’re excited to share another MAIA release with you:

Our SharePoint integration can now handle larger and more complex enterprise structures. In addition, MAIA now explains her own processes and workflows more clearly.

🧠 SharePoint: More Flexibility & Optimized Permissions
What’s new?
👥 Complete Group Synchronization: Once connected, the correct permissions are automatically applied for all users.
🔑 Enterprise-Level Scaling: Now compatible with 95% of all industrial SharePoint setups.
🙅 No effort for new users: Simply add them to MAIA, and they automatically gain access to documents with the original permissions.

In practical terms: Your IT admin connects SharePoint once at the enterprise level. After that, any new MAIA user can start immediately, with permissions automatically set correctly.

What does this mean for existing users?
No changes for existing customers on already connected SharePoints. We will continue to support previous integration methods to ensure a smooth experience.
