📚 New feature - glossary integration in MAIA answers

You use company-specific terms in your company and would like to ‘teach’ them to the AI? From now on, all admins can upload a ‘glossary’ with specific terms for your workspace! All common formats such as CSV, TXT or PDF are supported. The glossaries should represent a 1:1 relationship between term and definition - also ideal for translations! MAIA then uses this information from the glossary to provide even more precise answers in company language. 📃

🛠️ Improvements

Power mode active at all times:

• Power mode is now always switched on.

• MAIA consistently delivers better answers.

• There is currently still this tooltip: ‘Power mode is now always active. This switch will be removed soon.’ / ‘Power mode is now always active. This button will be removed soon.’

A more stable MAIA:

Numerous optimisations ensure even more reliable use of MAIA.

🐞 Bug fixes

Optimised copy function for answers: - Previously, the so-called inline references (the numbers such as [2]) were also copied when copying answers. Answers can now be copied directly without inline references - for clearer reuse. - Tip: You will find the button for copying at the bottom left under MAIA's answer.

Improved MAIA log-in

• Registrations, invitations and password resets are now consistently compatible with all common e-mail programmes, even if these links have been modified (e.g. using ‘safe link’ functions). Registrations, sending invitations and resetting passwords should therefore now always work without any problems.
