1.4: Subfolder Structures (Jan 09, 2025)

📁 New feature - folder structure in MAIA

We are pleased to introduce one of the most requested features: Folder and subfolder structures! You can now organise your documents in MAIA in a structured way:

✅ Upload complete folders

✅ Create your own folder structures

✅ Simple navigation through breadcrumbs

✅ Upload files to existing folders

✅ Smart file selection across all folder levels

MAIA now also understands the context of your folder structures and can therefore provide even more precise answers. ("Hey Maia, compare the files in the folders “Datasheets_V1” and “Datasheets_V2”)

🛠️ Further updates:

Power mode for all:

• 💪 Power mode is now enabled by default for everyone

• 💪 The power mode switch has been removed accordingly

Sharepoint:

• ✅ Smoother SharePoint integration with improved embedding behaviour (SharePoint sites can now be connected alongside manual content without any problems, no more mutual blocking)

🤖 EU AI Act conformity:

• Clear labelling of MAIA as an AI assistant

📚 Update of our UI library to the latest version

• You shouldn't notice any difference. If you do, please let us know!

🐞 Bug fixes:
