1.14 Web Search & Insight Hub

We are delighted to share another major MAIA release with you!
With version 1.14, we are bringing the long-awaited Web Search (web crawling) and the previously announced Insight Hub to MAIA. Perfect for project-based work.

🌐 Web Search - Supplement internal company knowledge with market knowledge

Long requested and now finally here: MAIA now makes it possible to automatically supplement internal expert knowledge with current external information.

MAIA independently recognizes when relevant external knowledge is missing for a query and supplements it in a context-sensitive, intelligent, and traceable manner. The external sources used are transparently indicated so that you can always trace where the additional information comes from. This applies to all queries, regardless of whether specific documents have been selected or not.

The result:

• Less manual research outside of MAIA

• Seamless interaction between internal know-how and external context

• Transparency through clearly identified sources

🧠 Insight Hub – share implicit knowledge with the team

The new Insight Hub is a key feature that makes it possible to visualize and structure implicit knowledge within the company and keep it accessible to the entire team in the long term.

After announcing a beta version in the last release, the Insight Hub is now being rolled out step by step for all customers. This lays the foundation for making implicit knowledge visible, structuring it, and keeping it accessible to everyone in your team.

The Insight Hub automatically recognizes so-called insights, i.e., implicit information, patterns, and connections, from your company's existing content. These insights no longer need to be searched for or documented manually: MAIA makes them visible in context and centrally available.

You can rest assured that only information relevant to the company is taken into account. MAIA recognizes the contextual connection to the company and the relevance for team members—private or irrelevant information is not shared. Each user continues to have access only to the knowledge for which they have been authorized.

You can also ask MAIA specific questions about insights, for example:

"Hey MAIA, what are the most common insights from the Insight Hub for Project XY?"

The Insight Hub will be located on the left side of the menu in the future.
