Public Roadmap for MAIA

We’re constantly working to make MAIA the best conversational AI for product information of industrial companies inside the DACH region.
We release new features every 2-3 weeks, you can view our recent releases inside the release notes section.
Roadmap format: We consider our roadmap somewhat “nearsighted.” That means, we have a very specific list of features we will implement within the next coming weeks, a good plan of what problems we want to solve within the next quarter, and a clear vision for the whole year. It also means, you won’t find a detailed list of specific features 9 months into the future but rather the general direction we’re working into.
🚧 In Active Development, Release Within the Next 6 Weeks (~ end of Feb 2025)
In Q1-2025 we’re set on building strong features that help German industrial companies have a conversation with their product information better than any ChatGPT or Confluence + Atlassian Intelligence can do.
In the first 6W of Q1-2025, we’re adding customizability features so that our customer success crew can help to tailor MAIA towards the product-specific needs of our customers. That means we’ll combine two things:
Our expert customer knowledge of the industrial space in the DACH region.

Customization of system prompts for every customer (done by our customer success team) - that give MAIA meta knowledge about your company and your products, other AIs lack.
🔮 Next Iteration (~ end of March 2025)
In the second 6W of Q1-2025, we’re adding special purpose tools, that further extend MAIAs ability beyond what AI is currently good at into the space that’s particularly important to German industrial companies (we’re talking tables, quality, accuracy here).

Better support for tables as answer (verify formats, + CSV export)
Adding functions to count characters correctly, double check quotes, …

🚀 Rest of the year (Q2 2025 to Q4 2025)
The rest of the year 2025 will be spent making sure we’re building the very best solution that enables industrial companies in the DACH region to have a conversation with their product information. That means we’ll focus on:
Vision:
Building a product that integrates the most important conversational features of ChatGPT and the most important search features of product information search apps
Building a product that has strong unique features that blow away customers
Building a product that has a suite of customer success tools that helps both our customer success team and the customers to cut down the time to value for MAIA across all departments
Building a product that runs smooth and stable at scale
📦 Things we’re looking to solve (some ideas):
Working with up to date data (more integrations, web browsing, things like that)
Working with more file types (image recognition,…)
More support for (more, XLS, PST, mail) Office formats (maybe old formats)
Working with more data integrations (web crawling potentially, databases,…)
Working with more target systems (via APIs,…)
Improving our existing features (share prompts in prompt library, extended glossary,…)
