🛣️📍 Public Roadmap for MAIA
Last updated 5 months ago
We’re constantly working to make MAIA the best AI knowledge management tool for industrial companies across the DACH region. (Also see “What is AI Knowledge Management?”)
We release new features every couple of weeks, you can view our recent releases in the release notes section. Recent releases included:
Reasoning models, included in our auto model chooser (shipped with Release 1.11)
“Smart Onboarding” enables MAIA to adapt its responses specifically to each individual employee (shipped with Release 1.11)
Ever more support for all Sharepoint setups (shipped with Release 1.10)
MAIA automatically selects a good model, no more “what’s this model for?” (shipped with Release 1.9)
Roadmap format: We consider our roadmap somewhat “nearsighted.” That means, we have a very specific list of features we will implement within the coming weeks, a good plan of what problems we want to solve within the next months, and a clear vision for the whole year. It also means, you won’t find a detailed list of specific features 9 months into the future but rather the general direction we’re moving into.
If you’re curious on how we decide on what to build, check out our Product Principles.
🚧 In active development, release within the next few weeks
Our goal here: Industrial users of knowledge management tools shouldn’t have to tell the tool how to do its job. An AI knowledge management tool should think like an engineer, and work with knowledge like an engineer. It should be able to search for additional information when it needs to.
📦 List of features we’re actively developing:
MAIA starts to learn about your company on her own.
MAIA starts to take multiple reasoning cycles to answer a question in the “Thinking Mode” the new default mode. Taking more time, but also coming up with better and more thorough answers.
MAIA will start to fill potential knowledge gaps by crawling the web.
MAIA and your AE will start to fill out detailed information about your company, that often stop LLMs from finding the right answers.
The ability to find additional documents that may be relevant to the task at hand, even if not selected.
Team learnings: Identification of learnings people had with the help of MAIA.
🔮 Within a couple of months
MAIA is already the smartest way for industrial companies to access product knowledge — but we’re not stopping there. We’re continuing to develop MAIA as the best AI knowledge management tool for industrial companies across the DACH region.
